Aspherical Lenses

Aspherical Lenses

The Aspherical Lens is mainly used to focus light, and it corrects Spherical Aberration. Aspherical Lens increases the numerical aperture of the lens while minimizing system aberrations. Aspherical Lens also reduces the number of Optical components required in an Optical System.

Aspherical Process Capability

Aspheric workshop equips 3 Satisloh Grinding and Polishing machines, 1 PRECITECH Single Point Diamond Turning Lathe, 1 Mahr Contourgraph, 5 Self-developed Aspheric polishing machines. The Processing range is from 10mm to 450mm, PV is reaching to 0.1μm. Annual output is 50,000 pieces.
