Autumn has passed, winter is coming! At the end of 2020, Changchun Boxin Photoelectric Co., Ltd. held the Q4 skills competition. As the end of the year approached, the participation of employees in the competition was unprecedentedly high. After selection, a total of 8 employees competed in the final.
This final competition is focus on the cylindrical lens polishing, according to the time and processing precision for a comprehensive evaluation. the players fully demonstrated their work skills, race against time to carry on the fierce competition.
After a fierce competition, Zhang Ying (twins), Zhang Ying and Zhang Shuang won the champion, the 2nd place and the 3rd place respectively. Subsequently, Wang Chengqiu, the Manager of Technical Department, summed up the competition and awarded the prize fund to the winners.
Through this competition, it demonstrated Boxin’s quality of talent cultivation and effect of professional construction; it highlighted the professional technical skills of Boxin employees.
