On 30th March, Boxin launch a skills competition for first quarter 2020. the purpose is improve overall ability, training employees, emphasis safety and QA, enhance business core competence.
The competition was conduct by technical division. Competition assess is quality and efficiency. There is a judge team for justice and equity to mark every detail.
On 8:10AM, competition is started, every participants follow the operation specifications, carefully work out with enthusiasm and all capable of. Competition was about grinding, process, self-examine. All participants are professional and concentrate, so as the judges.
After fierce competition, Wenlai Bao, Yulong Wang, Dongyang Jiang was the first, second and third winner. Star Shan, Guirong Zhu and Chengqiu Wang had commented about the competition, and reward the winners.
Through the competition, everybody learned and benefited. Skills, responsibility and team awareness are enhanced. It also motivate all employee’s learning-will, enforce centripetal force and cohesion of the team which helps business strength development. Such competition will be part of business culture, continuous enhance employee’s quality, facilitate business development.
