Aspherical lenses are primarily used for focusing light and correcting spherical aberrations. They can increase the numerical aperture of lenses while reducing system aberrations. Aspherical lenses can also reduce the number of optical components required in an optical system.





The company's aspherical lens workshop is equipped with 3 Satisloh milling and polishing machines, 1 imported PRECITECH single-point diamond turning lathe, and 1 Mahr profilometer. The company has independently developed and produced 5 aspherical lens milling and polishing machines. The production size range is 10mm-450mm, with PV accuracy up to 0.1μm. Annual production capacity is 50,000 pieces.
