The DQ-IBF-650 ion beam processing equipment purchased by Boxin Photoelectric can be used for ultra-precision processing of optical components, supporting precision processing of planar, spherical, coaxial and off-axis aspheric optical components made of various optical materials such as fused quartz, microcrystalline, and silicon. The maximum processing aperture is 650mm, the processing surface shape accuracy is RMS=1/100λ, the processing surface roughness is Ra≤2-3nm, and the PV=1/30λ. Another processing equipment, the DQ-RL 800 robotic arm CNC grinding head, can be used for precision processing such as grinding, rough polishing, and fine polishing of optical components, supporting precision processing of planar, spherical, coaxial aspheric, off-axis aspheric and other optical components made of various optical materials such as fused quartz, microcrystalline, K9, ULE, and monocrystalline silicon. The maximum processing aperture is 800mm, the processing surface shape accuracy is RMS=1/70λ, and the processing surface roughness is Ra≤2-3nm. This signing has expanded Boxin Photoelectric' production line, strengthened its technical production capacity, and broadened its market channels.
