The ion beam processing equipment is used for ultra-precision processing of optical components and ion beam etching. It supports various optical materials with different characteristics such as fused quartz, microcrystalline glass, monocrystalline silicon, and sapphire, and completes the processing of various surface types such as planar, spherical, coaxial aspheric, off-axis aspheric, and freeform surfaces. The maximum processing aperture is 650mm, the processing accuracy can reach up to RMS=1/100λ, PV=1/30λ, and the processing surface roughness is Ra=2-3nm.

The six-axis CNC equipment can be used for precision processing such as grinding, rough polishing, and fine polishing of optical components. It supports various optical materials with different characteristics such as fused quartz, microcrystalline glass, ULE, monocrystalline silicon, silicon carbide, and nickel-phosphorus alloy, and completes the processing of their planar, spherical, coaxial aspheric, off-axis aspheric and other surface types. The maximum processing aperture is 800mm, the processing surface shape accuracy can reach up to RMS=1/70λ, and the processing surface roughness is Ra=2-3nm.
