The 600mm horizontal laser interferometer purchased by Boxin Photoelectric can quickly perform high-resolution measurement and data analysis on optical components. The instrument is placed on a stable optical platform; the ambient temperature meets the requirements of the national standard (JJG28－2000); and there is no airflow disturbance. The phase-shifting method of this instrument is PZT/wavelength modulation, with the light source being a frequency-stabilized helium-neon laser λ=632.8nm and a wavelength-modulated laser (dual light sources). Its measurement aperture has a small port not less than Φ100mm and a large port not less than Φ600mm. The PV repeatability is better than λ/100, and the RMS repeatability is better than λ/1000. The camera resolution is an imported camera not less than 2k*2k, the alignment field of view is ±2, and the continuously variable magnification interference pattern is not less than 6 times. In addition, the software equipped with this instrument has the following testing functions and can display test data: wavefront testing functions (PV, RMS, POWER, 2D contour maps (contour plots), 3D stereograms, interference fringe patterns, etc.), uniformity testing, corner cube testing, angle testing (including: wavefront angle, parallelism error, right-angle deviation, roof angle deviation), and can obtain data of the front and rear surfaces of parallel plates through a single measurement. At the same time, this software can automatically eliminate or manually set the elimination of tilt, defocus, spherical aberration, astigmatism, etc.
