Prices and Payment Terms

All price confirmation are subject to the contract signed between buyers and sellers, because of the products’ price fluctuation caused by force majeure event, we will communicate with clients in time, and friendly negotiate to resolve difference, but we reserve the right to correct our prices. All payments should be paid in thirty 30 days from the date of invoice，but we will give a grace period for outstanding payment. We have a right to charge the overdue payment.

Shipping Terms

Unless buyers and sellers agree in writing, otherwise all shipments are made as per ExWorks 2000. Boxin will use our packaging and shipping methods, you understand that any date of delivery is only an estimate and we will have no liability for late or partial deliveries. We have no responsibility for loss or damage to the goods after we have delivered them to any common carrier.

Returned or Repaired products Terms

Buyers should notify Boxin in time by Email if the defectives or inferior products occurred, and inform products’code. Upon receipt of the returned products, Boxin will test the product to verify the defective status of products, and feed back the data of inspection result to buyer; will make a clear distinction for duty. If the occurrence of the defectives or inferior products caused by Boxin, we will repair or reprocess the returned products in time, and is responsible for the costs of replacement product and shipping to buyer.
